THE ROLE

• Work on modern, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform (Terragrunt), and EKS
• Take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure following best practices
• Use Argo
  CD, Atlantis, and other Git
  Ops tools to drive automation and infrastructure consistency
• Automate everything: from provisioning to deployment, ensuring repeatability and reliability
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git
  Hub Actions and support development teams in delivering with speed and quality
• Use Git
  Hub for version control and collaboration
• Share your knowledge and expertise by mentoring team members and providing technical guidance
• Collaborate in a culture of continuous improvement, always looking to raise the bar
• Join a team that values clean code, automation, documentation, and ownership

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with AWS, including core services like EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS and experience in optimizing usage
• Deep knowledge of Terraform (ideally with Terragrunt) and Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Strong, practical experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Git
  Ops workflows, using tools like Argo
  CD and Atlantis
• Proficiency with Helm, including managing charts, templating, and integrating them with Git
  Ops workflows
• Solid working knowledge of Git
  Hub for version control and collaboration
• Excellent scripting or coding skills in Python
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across multiple environments and teams
• A drive to automate processes and eliminate manual toil
• Strong focus on best practices, including security, scalability, and cost‑efficiency
• Experience in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting other engineers
• Ability to understand and present complex ideas in English; German language is a plus
