About the Role

We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers.

This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructures, Kubernetes clusters, and automation frameworks to ensure scalable, secure, and
- performance environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise across multiple cloud providers with solid experience in automation, CI/CD, scripting, and infrastructure optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructures across GCP, AWS, Azure, and Oracle;
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (native or
  - specific) and Docker/Container environments;
• Support the implementation and migration of services to cloud or Kubernetes platforms (Iaa
  S/Kubernetes/other);
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible, Terraform, Helm and similar tools;
• Create, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git
  Lab, Helm Charts);
• Write and maintain scripts and automation tools using Shell, Python, Perl, Go or similar languages;
• Configure and tune system components (JVM, Tomcat, NGINX, etc. ) for security, stability, and performance;
• Support cloud networking configurations, including TCP/IP, subnetting, firewalls, load balancing (NGINX, F5, HAProxy);
• Contribute to service transition, operations, and continuous improvement processes based on ITIL best practices;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and streamline delivery processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, architecture, and Shell scripting;
• Hands-on experience with
  - cloud management (GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle);
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes clusters and Docker/container technologies;
• Proven experience with cloud service implementation and migration projects;
• Proficiency in automation and
  -
  - code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and others;
• Programming skills in Shell scripting, Perl, Python, Go or similar languages;
• Familiarity with system performance tuning and configuration (JVM, Tomcat, NGINX);
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab, Helm Charts);
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnetting, iptables);
• Knowledge of load balancing technologies (NGINX, F5, HAProxy);
• Understanding of ITIL concepts related to Service Transition, Operations and CSI; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus;
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
