We are looking for Junior and Mid profiles to strengthen a Cloud Operations team for an international client, joining an operational regime that includes preventative measures and
- call duties to ensure the stability and continuity of Cloud services.

Requirements:

• Junior or Mid profile in Cloud Operations/Infrastructure;
  
  
• Availability for
  - call/prevention duties;
  
  
• Experience or knowledge of IAS (Infrastructure as a Service);
  
  
• Experience with
  Virtual Machines (administration and maintenance);
  
  
• Knowledge of Windows System Administration;
  
  
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux System Administration;
  
  
• Knowledge of SQL Databases (operational level / DBA);
  
  
• Experience with
  Active Directory / AD Connect;
  
  
• Knowledge of Network Cloud Administration;
  
  
• Experience withsecurity tools (e. G. , Trend Micro);
  
  
• Good analyticaland
  - solving skills;
  
  
• Sense of responsibility and operational commitment;
  
  
• Ability to workin a team and in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operation, administration, and maintenance of cloud environments;
  
  
• Monitoring systems and responding to critical incidents;
  
  
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks;
  
  
• Technical support in an operational context;
  
  
• Collaborating with international teams in English;
  
  
• Compliance withprocedures and SLAs defined by the customer.
