Job title: Public Cloud Operation Specialist

Location: Lisboa, Portugal

Main responsibilities

• Partner Operations: Target local customer segments and enable partners in four key tasks: product and solution introduction, lead generation, project operation, and existing customer operations. Collaborate with more willing, capable, and experienced partners, mobilize them to invest more human and material resources, and create a situation where a
  - scale team sells Huawei Cloud.
• Product and Solution Operations: Fully leverage the advantages of SMB products and solutions, learn from global best practices, and combine them with local industry characteristics. Incubate new localized scenario solutions and scale the replication of mature solutions locally, driving growth in users and revenue.
• User Development: Develop and implement Huawei Cloud's user growth strategy for overseas regions, including but not limited to online activities,
  - based marketing, and channel acquisition. Responsible for the number of qualified leads and user scale.
• Customer Success: Develop and execute Huawei Cloud's customer success strategy for overseas regions. Establish a regional SMB (Small and Medium Business) customer health management model and cloud usage analysis, ensure a robust support system, replicate successful
  - based strategies, manage renewals and churn, and capture and disseminate customer success stories. Responsible for the value growth of SMB customers.
• Data Operations: Responsible for building and expanding Huawei Cloud's data metrics system for overseas regions. Conduct data value mining based on different scenarios and business strategies, monitor daily business data, and design and visualize analytical reports.
• Website Operations: Responsible for the planning and construction of Huawei Cloud's overseas websites, content planning and management, ensuring content quality and compliance, managing
  - site search and ad placement, and overseeing consistent user experience across the entire site.

Requirements

• Understand basic internet operations methods (traffic, events, user management).
• Have a basic understanding of marketing knowledge, including brand communication and digital marketing in the B2C/B2B sectors.
• Prior experience in
  - line sales, B2C/B2B operations, or
  - related roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English as working language, with the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms.
