We're looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to help modernise our cloud platform and accelerate delivery through automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. You'll play a key role in building and operating scalable, secure, and
- effective AWS environments while enabling teams to adopt Dev
Ops best practices. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for repeatable cloud deployments * Design and operate CI/CD pipelines (Git
Hub Actions) for automated build, test, and release * Support application and infrastructure migrations, including containerisation and
- platforming * Implement and operate container platforms (ECS/EKS/Fargate, Docker) * Monitor, optimise, and support cloud services, including incident response * Track and report on delivery and reliability metrics (DORA/CALM) * Embed security, compliance, and cost controls into cloud solutions * Provide guidance, coaching, and enablement to engineering teams * Collaborate with architects, developers, security, and Cloud
Ops teams Essential Skills & Experience: * Strong
- on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS/Fargate) * Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code * CI/CD pipeline development experience (Git
Hub Actions preferred) * Containerisation and orchestration experience (Docker, ECS/EKS/Kubernetes) * Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Power
Shell) * Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, routing, firewalls) * Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, or similar) * Solid understanding of Dev
