Tech is recruiting a Cloud Security & Compliance Engineer for a multinational IT consulting and services client in Oeiras.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for security and compliance strategy of assets in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI);
• Map regulatory and internal requirements for Azure Security;
• Detect, triage, and respond to cyber threats;
• Design secure zones aligned with the five pillars of Well-Architected;
• Evaluate emerging controls and provide recommendations.

Location and Schedule

• Oeiras;
• 40 hours/week;
• Hybrid regime, 3 days onsite.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure or security engineering focused on public cloud, Azure and/or OCI;
• Proven design and delivery of scalable secure zones, including
  - segmentation, identity and access limits, logging pipelines, data classification, and encryption strategies;
• Strong knowledge of Azure Well-Architected Framework, Azure Security Benchmark/Baseline, CIS Foundations Benchmark v2. 0 (Azure & OCI), NIST SP 800-190, NIST CSF/800-53, and MITRE ATT tactics;
• Experience integrating with SIEM/SOAR platforms (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), EDR, and CSPM tools (Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender CSPM);
• Proficiency in scripting/coding (Power
  Shell, Python, Go or similar) for automation and custom controls development;
• Certifications: AZ-305 / AZ-500, OCI Architect Professional, CCSP or CISSP-ISSAP (preferred);
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (preferred);
• Fluent in Portuguese and intermediate English (B1).
