Overview

The CI/CD and Cloud Enablers Platform guarantees enablement, empowerment, and
- practices for improving development within MAN and the AWS cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating and manage different stakeholders, such as IT security, different management levels, AWS Service Team, providers and customers
• Work closely with the development team, your CSA peers and bridge the gap to the MAN Senior Management and stakeholders
• Set and align the main focus for the team with your CSA peers and the MAN Management
• Align with the Engineering Manager and Agile Enabler to increase the overall team maturity
• Lead, together with peers, the Product Management and Service Management of both Platform and Business Service – AWS Platform and CI/CD Platform (Gitlab, Sonar
  Qube)
• Drive the standards and guidelines for these platforms
• Evangelize and consult internally for project and product teams
• Take care of the big picture of how the platforms are integrated with the overall MAN Truck & Bus landscape; manage the development of a
  - term vision
• Ensure a smooth and continuous development experience for the dev team; balance and funnel distractions from the operational needs of the platforms
• Manage incoming demands: register, clarify, and prioritize them, and challenge clarity of expectations when needed
• Align and work together on new challenges with peers and the dev team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Cloud Solution Architect or related role
• Product Management Skills such as backlog organization, requirements management
• Strong communication skills around consulting and managing requirements, negotiation and ability to say “no”
• Strong presentation skills, adaptable for management vs. technical audiences
• Experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, microservice architectures, continuous delivery)
• Knowledge in software development (e. g. , Python, Bash, Javascript/Typescript)
• Knowledge with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts like Terraform or AWS Cloud
  Formation or AWS CDK
• Experience in using CI/CD tools (e. g. , Git
  Lab CI, Sonar
  Qube)
• High quality and security awareness,
  - solving mindset and ability to understand complex relationships
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

• Understanding Service Management Processes (ITIL)
