Overview

Cloud Solutions Engineer role at Dellent. Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).

In this project you’ll contact the European stock market area. The development center is located in Porto and administrative support is in Lisbon, and you will be part of a multicultural team spread across several European cities.

Responsibilities

The role involves designing and implementing AWS-based projects, working in a Dev
Ops-oriented environment, and contributing to cloud solutions in a
- sufficient manner while seeking guidance when obstacles arise. It also includes scripting (e. g. , Python and other languages), and using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS). The team requires good communication across organizational boundaries and the ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or the equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience on AWS platform
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD (Git
  Lab, Jenkins, Terraform, Cloud
  Formation)
• 5+ years of experience in a Dev
  Ops-oriented setting
• Experience designing and implementing new AWS-based projects
• Experience with scripting languages: Python, others
• Good knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Ability to work in a
  - sufficient manner and seek guidance when needed
• Good communication skills and ability to work with others on ad hoc and project teams across organizational boundaries
• Security-oriented mindset
• Ability to remain calm and perform to the highest standard under pressure
• Language Proficiency: English at B2 level (official group language)
