About the Role

We are seeking hands‑on Cloud Support Engineers with a deep understanding of the Azure ecosystem to join our managed services team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with product teams alongside developers, architects, designers, analysts, and product owners to deliver tooling and cloud infrastructure, focusing on automation, efficiency, and cost‑effective solutions.

About You

You possess the knowledge and confidence to support the Microsoft cloud ecosystem in complex engagements, typically working with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Experience in Incident management and troubleshooting.
• Experience in executing complex tasks.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Experience in high‑security and accountability environments (e. g. , organizations with ISO27001 certification and/or SOC audits).
• Knowledge of common database technologies, such as SQL or Oracle.

• Previous experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in setting up and administration of Microsoft Power Platform.
• In‑depth automation and scripting using Power
  Shell, AZ CLI, Python, Bash.
• Detailed knowledge of configuration management technologies like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Thorough knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure App Insights, or New Relic.
• Experience with pipeline build/deploy tools like Azure Dev
  Ops or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of cloud platform design patterns and best practices.
