Descrição da Função

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector.
• English and Spanish – B2/C1 level (mandatory).
• Experience with standard service requests, change management, and provisioning.
• Azure Monitoring: platform, resources, Dev
  Ops pipelines, and managed services (e. g. , databases).
• Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Azure Administration: OS and patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup, tagging, dashboards, etc.
• Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C): review or develop new Terraform code or Azure Dev
  Ops pipelines.
• Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022): installation, configuration, and management.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies (GPO): administration and troubleshooting.
• Performance optimization and capacity planning.
• Linux system administration skills.
• Azure Certifications (required).
• Desirable: Experience in AWS administration.
• Desirable: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.

Work conditions: Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. 24x7 on‑call rotation (one week per month). Remote work, must be based in Portugal and available to travel occasionally.
