About The Job
- The role sits within the Cash Management Support team of Client Management, acting as a single point of contact to manage the smooth onboarding of BNP Paribas Corporate clients from the account opening onward and provide best‑in‑class day‑to‑day support. The Team Leader works with and supports the Client service officer in delivering high‑quality service, in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and local and global rules and regulations.
Your Main Activities Are
- Act as a single point of contact to support corporate clients for all their cash management queries.
- Organize work and assign tasks based on structured prioritization and capacity management.
- Ensure client queries are managed smoothly and within lead times, following procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage client requests effectively.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance at bank level and BCE, protecting the interests of the Bank and the Client, including fees and billing.
- Develop and maintain activity metrics, reporting, and team development.
- Promote production control and monitoring systems (e. g. , whiteboard, production meetings, business committees with stakeholders, SLA).
- Organize regular team meetings to encourage idea exchange and monitor projects and initiatives.
- Provide the team with training, coaching, and a motivating environment; implement and maintain activity metrics and reporting.
- Improve quality of service, client satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Operations, or Client Management.
- Fluent (C1‑C2) level of English.
- Client‑focused.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to develop others and improve their skills.
- Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
- Knowledge of Cash Management and Corporate Deposits.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
