Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a CMO (m/f) with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related domain.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong knowledge of DMS from the user’s perspective, especially the DMS ASWIN used by Stellantis & You Portugal.
• Knowledge in payments to suppliers, supporting the WORKFLOW DOCUMATICA application and processes used by S&Y and PSA Services on Maia.
• Expertise in the business area related to DMS, with preferential contact with local DMS editors for implementation and assistance in developing interfaces with the Stellantis Group.
• Strong knowledge of Projects to implement Distrigo 2. 0, DDC and other DMS-related interfaces: Spare parts interfaces, VN Interfaces with CRONOS, C1ST and OPV, Remarketing interfaces.
• Experience with interfaces with the Service box, including the V14 interface, VGAR for certification processes between central teams and DMS vendors.
• Understanding of GDPR and its implementation at the DMS level.
• Strong knowledge of billing rules, tax obligations imposed by the Portuguese Tax Authority, and ability to validate needs with the development team; implementation of QRcode, ATCUD validation, and knowledge of SAF‑T if needed.
• Proficient written and verbal English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related domain.
• Experience in DMS and related project implementations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
