Customer Service Representative (French Speaker). Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site). Start date: September 25 and 2 October. Language: Fluent French (C1) and English (B1+).
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our
- site team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver
- quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
- 2 rotating days off per week
Profile Requirements
- Fluent French (C1) and B1+ English
- Strong communication and
- solving skills - Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: 900 euros (x14 months)
- Performance bonus: 100 euros (x11 months)
- Daily meal allowance of 7. 63 euros
