I’m building The Mindful Wardrobe, a platform for sustainable fashion that makes it easier to shop consciously, rewards customers for mindful choices, and partners with boutiques and brands to reduce overstock and waste. We’re
- stage and growing fast and I’m looking for someone passionate about sustainability, fashion and impact to join me as a Co-Founder (Growth & Ecommerce Lead).

If you have experience in SEO, digital marketing, or
- commerce (Shopify/Woo
Commerce a plus), and want to help build something meaningful this could be for you.

This is an unpaid,
- based role to start, with the goal of scaling together, raising funding, and making real change in the fashion industry.

The Role

We are looking for a Co-Founder / Growth & Ecommerce Lead to join us on this journey. This is an unpaid role at the early stage but comes with equity/ownership potential as we raise funding and grow together.

• You will be responsible for helping shape our digital strategy and building the foundations of our online presence, focusing on:

• SEO & Digital Marketing: Build out an organic growth strategy to attract and retain customers.
• E-Commerce Strategy: Help refine our platform design, user experience, and product offerings to maximise impact and revenue.
• Website Development Oversight: Collaborate on website setup, integrations, and functionality.
• Growth & Partnerships: Work together to secure boutique partnerships, pilot programs and prepare for fundraising.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or
  - commerce (Shopify, Woo
  Commerce, or similar is a plus)
• Passion for sustainable fashion, conscious consumerism, and making an impact
• A

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with a founder
• Willing to commit to growing this together and becoming a core part of the company’s future
