Role: Co-founder / Equity-based

⚡We are looking for a driven operational
- founder to help build, run, and scale an online travel agency. This role could start
- time with the intention to grow into a
- time position as the business expands. You will join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the company. Compensation includes an equity split, with salary developing in line with revenue growth. A modest personal financial investment (skin in the game) is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable with limited salary compensation during the early stages of the business.

About the Company

The company is an online travel platform offering direct bookings for hotels, flights, tours, and transportation. We focus on selected destinations and a clearly defined customer segment. We aim to offset the carbon emissions from every trip. Strategy, positioning, and market focus are still evolving, and you are encouraged to actively contribute to these areas.
