Role Overview

As Co‑Founder Sales & Growth, you’ll lead operations,

- market execution, and scalable growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping strategy, building systems, and expanding our impact in AI upskilling and education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & GTM Execution

- Design and drive

- market plans across corporate, academic, and individual channels

- Own lead generation, sales pipeline, and partnership deals

2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Alliances

- Forge strategic partnerships with universities, R&D hubs, tech players, and certifying bodies

- Expand initiatives like Tutai Talks and
- source collaborations

3. Operational Leadership

- Set up and optimize systems:

enrollment, CRM, billing, learner support

- Track KPIs, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently

4. Team Building & Leadership

- Build a
- driven, agile team across sales, marketing, and ops

5. Customer Success & Community Engagement

- Boost learner outcomes and alumni value

- Scale our community and events footprint

6. Product & Curriculum Feedback Loop

- Work with instructors and the product team to evolve offerings based on market needs

You Bring

- 3+ years in edtech, Saa
S, or growth roles, startup experience a plus

- Proven success in
