- edge solutions leveraging AI and ML to solve real business problems. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a founding team member to spearhead our sales and growth efforts.
Role Highlights
Drive Market Penetration & Revenue:
Own and execute

- market strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Establish & Cultivate Relationships:
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and industry influencers.
Shape Growth Frameworks:
Lead growth hacking initiatives and sales processes, setting up frameworks for sustainable customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Product & Tech:
Work closely with the product team to align market feedback, ensuring our AI-driven solutions meet customer needs and stand out in a competitive landscape.
Hands-On Leadership:
In the early stages, expect to roll up your sleeves and handle

- day tasks. Over time, build and guide a dedicated sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
Develop and refine ZAAI’s sales playbook, leveraging data to drive scalable growth.
Market Development:
Identify
- potential markets and create tailored approaches for each segment.
Partnerships & Alliances:
Negotiate partnership agreements and distribution channels to maximize our market footprint.
Team Building:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing sales team as the company evolves.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key metrics (conversion rates, LTV, CAC) and optimize our approach to maximize ROI.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in roles focused on sales, business development, or growth at a
- focused company (AI/ML is a plus).
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets, especially in
- stage or rapidly scaling environments.
Strategic Mindset & Execution:
Ability to craft a
- level growth strategy and also thrive in
- on execution.
Strong Communication Skills:
Comfortable pitching to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to developer teams.
Adaptability & Resilience:
Willing to navigate the ambiguity of a startup environment and iterate quickly on new ideas.
