- founder in Lisbon — someone ready to create a new venture or scale an existing YOUNG company.

• You’re ready to build a real company — not just run a project.
• You bring clarity, ownership, and
  - time commitment.
• You have a strong concept for a new business, or want to join one of our existing ventures (like YOUNG Hotels, Workspaces, Media, Coffee or Real Estate).
• You understand what it takes to build something from the ground up — and how to turn resources into growth, traction and profitability.
• YOUNG only invests in ventures within proven and scalable markets — so we're not looking for unvalidated ideas or concepts without market precedent.
