Your Mission
As the Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that change people. Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting the full learning system from design to execution
- Designing journeys, not just lessons
- Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain
- Ensuring every feature supports the ecosystem (loops, agents, protocols)
- Crafting premium, high‑impact courses with experts
- Conducting desk and user research to inform curriculum
- Creating AI conversations, refining prompts, evaluating agents
- Setting KPIs of transformation and iterating on data
- Applying habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers
Your 4 Main Missions
- Learning Experience Architecture – own the learning system
- Design the journey, not just the content
- Author scripts that serve transformation, not just knowledge
- Support evolution of the ecosystem with loops, agents, protocols, and membership
Ideal Candidate – Experience
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (Ed
Tech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred) - Delivered at least one major product end‑to‑end with measurable results
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma
- Proven track record designing digital learning experiences across video, articles, assessments, interactive modules
- Portfolio of cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs
Ideal Candidate – Traits
- Craft‑obsessed, doer mentality, bias for outcomes, willingness to work beyond 9‑5
- Strong writing skills, editorial thinker for high‑quality content
- Strong aesthetic sensibility for course feel
- User and impact obsessed – outcomes over outputs
- Critical thinker – turning vague problems into hypotheses and rebuilding models with data and insights
- Digital and AI savvy – ability to build AI agents or learn quickly
Languages
French: native. English: fluent, able to hold detailed conversations with colleagues. Written communication is in English.
