Commercial: Our comprehensive commercial products and services enable direct client engagement in hedging, risk management, execution, clearing, OTC products, commodity finance, and more.
Responsibilities
Primary duties include:
Office Manager
- Manage office operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and oversee office equipment and repairs.
- Manage supplies: order, monitor, and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide customer service: respond to inquiries and support visitors.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and manage contracts and negotiations.
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
- Manage the office budget, track expenses, and ensure compliance.
- Ensure safety protocols, HR policies, and operational standards are followed.
Quality Control
- Maintain the Lisbon laboratory: roast and cup coffee samples, manage labeling, dispatch samples, and record feedback.
- Manage sample labelling and identification in Lisbon Lab.
- Coordinate with labs in Lisbon and Addis Ababa to improve quality procedures, calibrate equipment, and centralize data.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and
- making abilities. - Barista experience, preferably with Starbucks or similar coffee chains.
- Experience in quality control is advantageous.
- Good customer service skills and experience with data management tools.
- Ability to work in a
- growing environment and contribute to business success.
Working Environment:
- In-office work daily.
- Part-time (50%), preferably morning
- days, with travel when necessary. - Travel to Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) and Varginha (Brazil) as needed.
