A day in your life with us

We understand how essential it is to keep the kitchen and pantry tidy and organized in our homes. Therefore, in the catering department, all employees must ensure a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.

We are organized into five areas, each with different focuses:

• Kitchen: where we prepare and cook various dishes for our customers and
- workers;

• Customer restaurant: the team that provides service, actively approaches customers, welcomes them with friendliness, and assists with selections if needed;

• Co-workers restaurant: a dedicated space for our staff offering a varied, healthy, and sustainable menu at affordable prices;

• Bistro: located after the checkout, where hot dogs and other delicacies are prepared and served;

• Swedish Grocery Store: where customers can purchase Swedish products, with staff ensuring products are in perfect condition and correctly priced.

The safety of our products is always a priority. Therefore, our employees must contribute to safety, efficiency, and good operational practices in accordance with routines and food safety standards (HACCP).
