A day in your life with us

We all know how essential it is to keep the kitchen and pantry tidy and organized at home. In the catering department, all employees must ensure a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.

Our organization includes five areas, each with different focuses:

1. Kitchen: where we prepare and cook various dishes for customers and
   - workers;
2. Customer restaurant: providing service, actively engaging with customers, welcoming them warmly, and assisting with selections if needed;
3. Co-workers restaurant: a dedicated staff offering a varied, healthy, and sustainable menu at affordable prices;
4. Bistro: located after the checkout line, where customers can buy hot dogs and other treats, prepared with care and served with friendliness;
5. Swedish Grocery Store: where customers can purchase Swedish products, with staff ensuring products are
   - maintained, correctly priced, and available.

The safety of our products is always a priority. Therefore, employees must contribute to safety, efficiency, and good operational practices in accordance with routines and food safety standards (HACCP).
