- se a recrutar um Collection Specialist (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Oeiras, com fluência French.

O seu perfil

• Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
  
  
  
  
• Language:
  
  French (minimum B2);
  
  
  
  
• Experience in
  - collection position, At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
• Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
  
  
  
  
• Good knowledge in finance.

Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries :

• Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure payment deadlines;
  
  
  
  
• Receivingcustomer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
  
  
  
  
• Obtainingmissing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
  
  
  
  
• Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
  
  
  
  
• Properly recordall complaints received either by phone or email;
  
  
  
  
• Follow-upon customer accounts;
  
  
  
  
• Identify solutions to the problems presented;
  
  
  
  

Vencimento:

max 1200€ brutos / mês (consoante experiência)
