We are searching for a specialist collection analyst specialized in account receivable and invoices. As a collection analyst, you will work as an Individual Contributor in the Collections/Accounts Receivables team and key responsibilities would include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance:
  
  Adhere to agreed SLA/customer timelines and maintain
  - quality standards to ensure zero errors.
• Order Validation:
  
  Understand order requirements and validate line items in line with product configuration available in SAP/Client CRM. Identify gaps and rectify them.
• Order Processing:
  
  Coordinate with stakeholders to process orders. Document clear order notes as per quality norms in SAP/CRM. Track shipped orders
  -
  - end and close orders based on client confirmation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in SAP/Client CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify gaps.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to
  - quality standards and timelines.

Desired Qualifications

• Individual contributor, good team player with positive/can-do attitude with 3-5 years of experience in Collections / Accounts Receivables process with good communication skill
• Having Knowledge on Order to Cash cycle
• Having good experience in B2B Collections, Ledger account maintenance, month end reporting
• Having experience in handling customer calls
• Having good experience in handling customer calls and emails
• Handson experience in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point;
  
  CRM, SAP and other workflow tool
• Preferable:
  
  Working in High radius Collections Module and SAP

Required Language Thresholds

• English Proficiency /C1 Level
• Brazilian Portuguese (C1 Level Fluency
