About the role:
As a Collections Manager, you will lead part of our Global collections team servicing 23 countries across the world chasing outstanding invoices. You will manage a team of 3 global senior credit controllers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of Key accounts.
- Be point of escalation both internally and externally
- Support with cash flow forecasting
- Ledger review on a
- weekly basis with escalation to account managers and SLT - Support the team with collections queries
- Drive the team to meet monthly targets and keep bad debt to a minimum
- Keep the team up to date on collections processes.
- Support on projects to build team efficiencies
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years min experience managing a team.
- Experience being in a global collections role.
- Ability to deliver high level, accurate reporting.
- Proficient English and German language, any other language would be an asset.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize.
- Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
- Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and Power
Point.
