At Access Healthcare, we’re looking for a dedicated and
- driven Collections Specialist to join our Finance team. Your role will be crucial in managing outstanding receivables and ensuring timely cash flow, helping our global operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Collections & Client Engagement

- Proactively manage overdue invoices and outstanding balances.

- Contact clients professionally via phone and email to secure timely payments.

- Negotiate payment plans where necessary, escalating complex cases following company procedures.

- Keep thorough records of collection activities and client communications.

Accounts Receivable Support

- Accurately process and allocate incoming payments.

- Reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies promptly.

- Generate aging reports, statements, and assist with
- end closing processes.

- Respond to client queries about invoices, payments, and account status efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.

- Secondary education required; qualifications in accounting or finance preferred.

- Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, Quick
Books, or similar.

- Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
