Mission: As the Commercial Assistant you will support the Commercial Department in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the hotel's success by ensuring efficient processes and strategic
- making. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the department and enhancing the hotel's commercial strategies.
What will you have to do?
- Support in the preparation of reports and analyses: Assist the Commercial Management in strategic
- making. - Provide administrative support: Manage internal processes and document organization.
- Assist in scheduling travel for the commercial team: Organize agendas and trips for the department's management.
- Manage stock of department materials: Ensure availability and proper management of resources.
- Monitor the processing and payment of invoices: Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Languages: Portuguese and English (mandatory). A third language is valued.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of PMS (Opera Cloud, Sihot). Familiarity with CRM and commercial management systems. Proficiency in Office 365 tools. Understanding of commercial operations and sales in the hotel sector. Analytical skills for interpreting commercial reports and data.
- Behavioral Skills: Organizational and planning abilities. Teamwork and collaborative environment promotion. Results-oriented and
- focused. Proactivity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to different challenges and dynamism in the workplace. - Professional Experience: No previous professional experience required, but experience in similar areas will be valued.
