What You Will Do

Identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and present observability solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate solution value, run
-
- concepts, and address technical requirements during the sales cycle.

Deliver workshops and presentations to educate clients on observability best practices and how the proposed solutions address their specific challenges.

Gather and communicate customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in technical sales or
- sales, ideally within observability, monitoring, or IT infrastructure solutions.

Solid knowledge of tools such as Open
Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, App
Dynamics, or similar technologies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to
- technical audiences.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Available for a hybrid regime, 2 times per week at the office in Lisbon.

Available for contract under a B2B model, mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Certifications related to observability or monitoring.
• Previous experience with Agile or Dev
  Ops methodologies.
• Active participation in technical communities or industry events.
