Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to boost commercial momentum across industries and solutions.
- Support proposal development and lead bid management activities.
- Create discussion materials and client presentations for key opportunities.
- Act as a strategic link between product and client teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop a scalable lead generation engine.
- Provide feedback to guide innovation roadmaps.
- Coordinate global activities and align strategies as a 'chief of staff' for the commercial team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years in commercial operations,

- market strategy, or related fields. - Understanding of professional services, especially in management or tech consulting.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience with CRM and revenue technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills and
- oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing an

- end revenue funnel. - Knowledge of Energy, Fintech, Health & Life Sciences, or Software sectors.
- Familiarity with Bain’s competitive landscape.
