Commercial Account Representative (Hybrid Work Model)

Want to be part of an innovative and challenging project? We’re looking for a Commercial Account Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding B2B service.

What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for clients and partners
Manage contracts, data, and trends
Support billing and collections processes
Identify improvements and optimize workflows

What we offer:

Hybrid work model – after full on-site training: 2 days remote + 3 days in the office
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM
Base salary: €1, 000 + meal allowance (€7) + language bonus (€100)
Initial training (1 month) + outsourcing contract with no fixed term

What we’re looking for:

Native or fluent English (mandatory requirement)
Minimum 6 months of experience in Contact Center
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office

Selection process:
Two stages: technical interview and language validation.
