The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in

- functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial operation
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and track sales contracts and amendments in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are in compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate with the legal department to manage contract process and document approvals.
- Manage the booking validation process within the CRM in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Support the sales team by managing CRM data and keeping track of sales opportunities, agreements, and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain organized and

- date records of commercial documents, contracts, and correspondence. - Assist Director of Sales Operations with analysis of sales data to identify trends and provide insights for improving standard commercial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial administration, sales support or a similar role (preferably within Saa
S, technology, or service industries). - Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a
- paced environment. - Experience in contract management
- Working knowledge of Saa
S subscription models and pricing structures
