Commercial Customer Service Team Leader
With previous experience as a Sales Manager, the Commercial Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Commercial Customer Support Representatives, responding to commercial queries from existing and prospective customers.
Their main mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction and competent replies to commercial queries thereby contributing to the company's growth. They will be also responsible for outbound campaigns, retention activities and cooperation with sales department for high value leads.
As a manager on the ground, you will support and advise your team on a daily basis. You will motivate the team and you will be the point of contact with the other departments for the topics concerning your team.

Reporting to Area Manager, as a Team Leader you will manage a team of commercial support representatives specialized in OVHcloud products.
You will communicate the goals and the scope of work and optimize the quality and effectiveness of responses provided to customers, supervising individual and team performance in real time. You will also monitor the KPIs related to sales objectives.
Your future impact
In 6 months you will have accomplished
- Taking complete charge and responsibility for a team answering queries related to commercial topics
- Ensuring proper documenting of customer requests & contact details in the ticketing tool by the representatives
- Managing the creation of leads for CSO & Professional Services teams
- Ensuring proper follow up of requests and orders by the team
- Organizing and managing the execution of outbound campaigns & customer retention activities by your team
- Organizing other team activities
- Ensuring direct impact of the team on the company’s selling results
And in 1 year you will have
- Created a team that provides excellent customer service

Skills required :
- Team Management and leadership skills of at least 1-2 years
- Customer relationship management methods
- Solid knowledge of sales & customer retention methodologies
- Capacity to build strong relationships and motivate the team
- Result oriented, dynamic and enthusiastic
- With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and / or external contacts
- You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you
- You are independent and able to work in a

- French and English (min B2)
