Commercial Customer Support Representative
Your main responsibilities
Inside Customer Service Department (CCO) of OVHcloud, the Commercial Customer Support Representative is responsible for supporting commercial and order queries from existing and prospect customers. Their main mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the company's growth.
They will also be responsible for outbound campaigns, retention activities, and cooperation with sales department for

Your future impact
In 6 months you will have accomplished
- Answering queries related to commercial topics regarding OVHcloud products
- Helping customers choose products or services based on their needs, responding to all questions about OVHcloud products or services, and identifying additional customer needs to proactively propose solutions
- Documenting customer requests & contact details in the ticketing tools
- Becoming proficient at creating leads for CSO & Professional Services teams
- Ensuring proper
- up on all registered requests and orders - Participating in outbound campaigns & retention actions for customers
And in 1 year you will have mastered
- Providing excellent customer service through listening, analyzing, and making recommendations

- sale commercial support - Promoting and building the OVHcloud brand image with strong expertise and excellent customer support
- Contributing to continuous improvement processes for customer touchpoints related to commercial requests, capturing customer feedback, and sharing it with stakeholders
Skills required :
- Basic technical knowledge of web products: domains, web hosting, emails, etc.
- Understanding of networking, protocols (FTP, TCP/UDP, etc. ), DNS, CMS, HTML, Firewall, etc.
- General knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
- Knowledge of PHP, My
SQL, and basic Linux commands (curl, whois, dig, etc. ) is a plus - Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn and develop
- Fluent in Portuguese and French (mandatory)
