Commercial Director
who will lead sales and marketing, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth to keep us ahead in a competitive market.
What you'll do
- Build and execute commercial strategy to grow revenue and market share.
- Lead and mentor sales team to hit ambitious targets.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate deals with key clients and secure
- term contracts. - Oversee marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals in cooperation with CMO.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure high ROI.
- Report on results to CEO/COO and adjust plans as needed.

S a big plus). - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with solid financial acumen.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Market expertise in LATAM with practical knowledge of cultural, legal and operational aspects.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.
