Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our team. This key role is primarily focused on revenue and gross profit management, with a strong emphasis on data analytics. As a critical connection point between marketing, sales, and supply chain, the ideal candidate will possess
- level proficiency in data tools, excel in
- solving under pressure, and demonstrate a high degree of accountability in managing a large business portfolio.

Note: SQL experience is required. Python is not required, but preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Budgets: Oversee and coordinate the budget related to sales and cost of sales, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Forecasting & Sales Estimation: Support sales forecasting and ensure demand forecasts are accurate, working closely with the commercial team to align stock availability with projections.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between commercial management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with sales and demand strategies.
• Customer Connection: Facilitate connections with customers to maintain compatibility between demand and forecasts.
• Data Analysis: Conduct
  - depth data analysis to assess performance, sales trends, and budget adherence, using advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Demand Management: Monitor sales and stock levels, optimize inventory, and balance customer demand with supply availability.
• Pressure Management: Deliver critical data and reports under tight deadlines, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on M and DAX languages; Python skills are a plus for advanced data processing and automation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar analytical role, ideally within home appliances, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, automation).
• Power BI Proficiency: Experience in Power BI report building (training can be provided).
• SQL: Required for data querying and transformation.
• Python: Preferred for automation and advanced data analysis.
• SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Academic Background: Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, or related field with strong statistical foundation.
• Language Skills: Strong English skills (B2/C1); other languages are a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to manage and interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
