What you will do

The Commercial Insights team at Amgen acts as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, providing
- backed insights for commercial success. As a Senior Associate, you will deliver HCP (Health Care Provider) primary market research and insights to brand teams.

Your focus will be on establishing excellence in market research, integrating data from various sources, and providing deep market understanding through advanced techniques. You will guide complex processes in primary market research, develop
- term insight plans, and act as an internal consultant, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in key initiatives within the US Primary Research Group.
• Updating performance dashboards and collaborating with teams to enable insights.
• Designing and facilitating workshops on market research best practices.
• Synthesizing insights from multiple sources to meet business needs.
• Translating research findings into practical insights to influence
  - making.
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Researching and implementing new research tools and methodologies.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with the broader organization to enhance insights and analytics.

What we expect of you

We seek a team player with customer focus,
- solving skills, and the ability to manage time and processes effectively. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech market research, data analytics, or consulting, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or related fields.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power
  Point.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in primary market research, project management, knowledge of Amgen’s business areas, and strong communication skills.
