About the Role

The Commercial Insights team at Amgen is a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, providing
- driven insights to support business decisions. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on primary market research (PMR) and insights for brand teams, utilizing advanced research techniques and integrating various data sources.

Responsibilities

• Participate in key initiatives supporting the US Primary Research Group.
• Update performance dashboards and collaborate across teams for market insights.
• Design and facilitate workshops on market research best practices.
• Synthesize insights from multiple sources to address business needs.
• Translate research findings into practical insights to influence
  - making.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
• Research and implement new research tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with broader analytics teams for comprehensive insights.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years in Pharma/Biotech market research, data, analytics, or consulting.
• or Master’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience.
• or Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Excel and Power
  Point.

Preferred:

• Experience in primary market research and project management.
• Knowledge of Amgen’s business areas: Rare Diseases, Oncology, etc.
• Skills in qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
• Strong project management and client service skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
