- art 4×4 vehicles. These expeditions last between 1 to 8 days, with full programs, everything included. The company has a fleet of more than 40 vehicles specially prepared for this purpose, including 23 TT cars, 8 SSV and a series of support vehicles, which, as a whole, allow for unique experiences, with programs that also include differentiating regional activities, where customers experience the best that each region has to offer, in terms of gastronomy, oenology, culture, arts, entertainment, adventure, crafts and nature. To complement the premium fleet, the company also has 4 off road competition vehicles and various equipment, such as luxury caravans arranged in premium locations resulting in a unique campsite, luxury caravans, expandable premium containers, competition support trucks; everything that, as a whole, allows for highly distinctive and customizable special events.
Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to lead our sales and partnership efforts. This role requires not only sales acumen but also the ability to open doors, nurture
- term relationships, and position New
Image as a leading brand in luxury adventure and expedition travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and consolidate relationships with luxury DMCs, premium travel agencies, and
- tier international tour operators, with a focus on North America, Brazil, and other key outbound markets. - Develop strategic alliances with
- end hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands that complement our positioning. - Negotiate and formalise partnership agreements with service providers and brand collaborators.
- Present and sell our expedition routes with an emphasis on exclusivity, storytelling, and the premium value of the experiences.
- Prepare bespoke commercial proposals that adapt to client profiles (private groups, UHNWIs, incentive travel, or niche markets).
- Represent New
Image at trade fairs, industry events, and curated networking gatherings, acting as an ambassador of the brand. - Anticipate market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging client demands to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to design commercial campaigns, sales materials, and joint promotions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analysis to guide strategic
- making.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the luxury or premium tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of the DMC ecosystem and
- end international agencies/tour operators, preferably with an existing client portfolio. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
- building skills. - Passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor premium experiences.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are highly valued.
- Availability and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and
- driven mindset, with ability to work independently and deliver measurable impact. - Well-established network in the global luxury tourism sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and
- driven commercial strategies. - Understanding of hospitality partnerships, incentive travel, and experiential marketing.
