Location: Based in Portugal (Relocation support provided)

Our client is a leading international main contractor delivering major projects across multiple sectors worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team in Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and leading the commercial function for a portfolio of large and complex projects, including
- value data centre and power developments.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial management
• Background with a main contractor on large, complex projects
• Data centre project experience (highly advantageous)
• Proven ability to establish and manage a commercial department
• International project experience (desirable)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

The Role

• Lead and develop the commercial function in Portugal
• Oversee all commercial activities across multiple projects
• Support project delivery teams in achieving financial and contractual objectives
• Report to senior leadership on commercial performance and risk management

This role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager seeking a new challenge and open to relocating to Portugal. Immediate start available , and relocation support will be provided for the right candidate.
