Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Coimbra, Portugal (with frequent travel across Portugal and Europe). Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Managers will co-design the
-
- market plan (pricing, channels, partnerships) and execute it in the field, turning rapid pilots into recurring Saa
S revenue.

• Role A — Critical Infrastructures: Focus on data centers and other
  - critical environments, such as water distribution networks and industrial sites, working with operators, integrators and partners
• Role B — Agriculture: Focus on
  - value farming (e. g. , greenhouses, vineyards) and ecosystem partners to validate and scale commercial pilots

Qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B commercial/sales roles with technical products or solutions
• Strong customer communication, negotiation, and project
  - through
• Ability to balance strategy and
  - on execution; comfortable working in a
  - moving startup
• Fluent Portuguese and English; willing to travel
• Strong Commercial Management, Business Planning, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Contract Management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Educational background in Business, Management, or a related field is highly desirable

Nice to have

• Critical Infrastructures role: familiarity with facilities/operations environments (e. g. , data centres, utilities, industrial sites) and working with integrators or solution partners
• Agriculture role: exposure to agritech, irrigation/greenhouse operations, cooperatives, or agri distributors
