Supporting the Regional Director NE/SEE in all commercial and administrative activities, such as:

1. Market, portfolio, and price analysis
2. Planning: Budget, portfolio, price, campaign
3. Coordinating & driving CRM performance and development
4. Responsibility for single markets (commercial, organizational)
5. Developing launch strategies for new portfolio segments or products
6. Management of trial setup, and respective analysis and conclusion taking
7. Driving cross crop strategic focus area
8. Developing
   - driven reports, e. g. , Power
   BI dashboards
9. Analyzing new market opportunities, business case analysis to extend & reshape KWS business
10. Reporting market insights within KWS internal reporting systems

Required profile:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economy, or comparable experience
2. Solid understanding of the agricultural industry and the respective markets
3. Cultural competence and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
4. Empathic leadership personality with the ability to integrate; capable of creating commitment and reliability through personal and professional competence
5. Strong analytical skills,
   - oriented, and able to work successfully in complex structures
6. Eager to drive and achieve desired results
7. Strong customer orientation and an extraordinary service attitude
8. Ability to initiate and sustainably implement change
9. Effective communication skills and ability to build sustainable relationships
10. Endurance during high season phases
11. Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP (limited)
12. Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
13. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within and between core countries
