About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and
- oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to support key commercial processes that contribute to a seamless customer and internal team experience. This role is focused on quote and order entry, task coordination, complaints handling, and general commercial process support. You will play a central role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams by ensuring operational accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Quotation Entry
- Enter customer quotes based on input from Sales or predefined structures
- Ensure timely and accurate processing, including documentation and system updates
- Maintain visibility of quote status and support

Order Entry
- Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and within agreed timelines
- Validate order details, pricing, and delivery terms prior to entry
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment
General Commercial Process Support
- Follow defined standard operating procedures and internal guidelines
- Manage shared inboxes and task routing
- Handle complaints processing, including credit requests, and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams
About You
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
- 2+ years of experience in commercial operations
- Previous experience in commercial operations, administration, or customer support role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Proactive and flexible in handling shifting priorities
- A collaborative team player with a

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working in global
- functional teams. - Travel might be required, less than 20%.
- Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English and German. French or Dutch is a plus.
