About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and
- oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to support key commercial processes that contribute to a seamless customer and internal team experience. This role is focused on quote and order entry, task coordination, complaints handling, and general commercial process support. You will play a central role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams by ensuring operational accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Quotation Entry

• Enter customer quotes based on input from Sales or predefined structures
• Ensure timely and accurate processing, including documentation and system updates
• Maintain visibility of quote status and support

Order Entry

• Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and within agreed timelines
• Validate order details, pricing, and delivery terms prior to entry
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment

General Commercial Process Support

• Follow defined standard operating procedures and internal guidelines
• Manage shared inboxes and task routing
• Handle complaints processing, including credit requests, and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams

About You

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
• 2+ years of experience in commercial operations
• Previous experience in commercial operations, administration, or customer support role
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication style
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Proactive and flexible in handling shifting priorities
• A collaborative team player with a

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience working in global
  - functional teams.
• Travel might be required, less than 20%.
• Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English and German. French or Dutch is a plus.
