In the Valuation department at CBRE, we are currently looking for an experience Valuer with tourism and hotel background to be part of a highly successful and experienced team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The main focus of this position will be analyzing and valuing hotel assets across all sectors. The role will establish a profound relationship with the local business lines as well as with the European team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analyzing the performance all types of real estate activity sectors but specially focused on hotels.
• Gathering market information to support your analysis.
• To participate in the valuation of all kinds of properties but specially hotels.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Certified valuer within CMVM and/or RICS.
• Preferred hotel valuation background.
• Professional experience in valuation.
• Optimistic and innovative mindset.
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal - and fluency, both in Portuguese and in English.
