Commercial Real Estate Specialist - Faro

At Randstad, we are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Representative to join Invego’s team.

Invego is a Real Estate Development Company specializing in both commercial and residential projects.

To fulfill their vision, they aim to integrate a professional with sales responsibilities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, property showings, and ongoing communication throughout the process.
Effectively present the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's real estate development to potential clients.
Guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Work closely with the development, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Participate in strategic planning sessions related to market positioning and future development projects.

Proven commercial experience in the real estate industry.
Understanding of residential real estate transactions, contracts, and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
Advanced English level; knowledge of French and Dutch is valued.
Self-motivated,
- oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
