Responsibilities / Tasks

Are you ready to make a significant impact on the industrial refrigeration sector? GEA is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team in Lisbon in a pivotal role supporting commercial sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, website) and ensure timely
  - up through internal coordination.
• Handle quotation requests, prepare quotations for standard spare parts or machines, and follow up with customers.
• Oversee purchase orders, create sales orders, manage logistics, and coordinate internal processes to guarantee
  - time delivery.
• Manage customer invoicing and debt collection.
• Handle claim management, warranties, and incident resolution.
• Maintain CRM data (opportunities, leads, service tickets, contracts).
• Prepare documentation for
  - party collaborations.
• Occasional travel to factories or customer sites.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Vocational education (preferably in mechanics or automation) or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SAP processes (quotation/order processing).
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in industrial machinery.
• Hands-on mindset and a drive for customer satisfaction with a continuous improvement mentality.
• Native Portuguese speaker.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English (business transactions).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power
  Point).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
