Commercial Sales Specialist – Real Estate

Commercial Sales Specialist – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive
-
- day commercial activity for a portfolio of real estate assets, including residential and touristic developments. - Actively manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and property presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Engage directly with potential buyers, agents, and partners to promote assets and secure transactions.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent
- ups and timely deal progression. - Represent the project at events, property showcases, and client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
- Coordinate closely with marketing to align on promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, tracking KPIs such as leads, visits, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Build and maintain
- term relationships with brokers, agencies, and key clients to maximize commercial opportunities. - Handle buyer questions, objections, and requests, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of
- on experience in real estate sales or commercial roles, ideally in residential or
- linked assets. - BSc/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Architecture or a related field (Preferred).
- Strong sales execution skills, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed commercial targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients, brokers, and investors.
- High level of commercial awareness and client focus.
- Team player with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
