Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Specialist

Location: Portugal

Working model: Full remote from Portugal

Team: You will join the Packages Value Stream team within the Marketplace department

Level: Professional (working independently or in teams on projects, with a focus on technical/discipline knowledge), reporting to the Head of Commercial for Packages

Contract: Permanent,
- time (36 hours/week)

Your impact will include:

• Contributing to steering Package sales (flight+hotel and Tour Operator Packages), focusing on improving our commercial proposition to increase conversion rates and revenues
• Performing
  - depth analysis of destination/product performance to inform decisions and drive discussions with your line manager and Packages Director
• Monitoring and analyzing marketing channels to understand customer behavior and optimize offerings
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data to provide feedback on competitors and recommend strategic adjustments

Qualifications

Your expertise:

• BA/MA in relevant fields such as business, marketing, or tourism
• 2-3 years experience in the Travel Industry (OTA/Tour operator) or digital companies
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Presentation Tools
• Ability to influence
  - makers through data presentation
• Fluency in English; French proficiency and Spanish knowledge are a plus
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactiveness, autonomy, and strong team collaboration skills

Selection Process
