APEX IT is a
- growing Portuguese IT Outsourcing startup, headquartered in Lisbon and serving clients across Europe.

We are in the early stages of our journey, and are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client network across multiple European markets.  

As a
- only sales professional, your income will be directly tied to your performance. There is no base salary. You will benefit from uncapped earning potential, making this an ideal role for ambitious, resilient, and
- driven individuals who thrive on results and value independence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential clients across diverse industries (Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Technology).
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with
  - makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Present and promote APEX IT’s outsourcing services persuasively and with credibility.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and explore new markets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment (B2B tech or outsourcing experience is highly valued).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient — comfortable working without fixed income.
• Strong networking skills and ideally a base of professional contacts in Europe.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, managing your own pipeline and priorities.
