Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. Located in Lisbon, the role involves visiting clients. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additional tasks include attending industry events, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the construction and wood product industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory
