We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join the team of a leading General Contractor on a major data centre project in Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most advanced and
- profile projects in the region.

Role Overview: As Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all commissioning activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to guarantee systems are tested, validated, and handed over on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation

Oversee
- site commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards

Coordinate with design, construction, and client teams to resolve technical issues

Lead troubleshooting and ensure smooth handover to operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in commissioning management for
- scale construction or data centre projects

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure

Excellent leadership, communication, and
- solving skills

Ability to work
- site in Portugal and manage multiple priorities

Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
